"Valet is gone. Self park and walk. Wasn’t expecting that at $500/night. Poor shower pressure. Left a bag of toiletries in the room. Called the same day, left a message. Went back the next day to try and get them. Left my details again for the housekeeping manager. Never heard back. Vibe in general was off. It felt rather unattended. Miss the Biltmore feeling. "We were pleasantly surprised by this property. From the outside, it doesn’t appear particularly inviting, but the interior has been nicely renovated and is modern and well maintained. The rooms were clean and comfortable throughout our stay. Our only criticism is the lack of sound insulation between rooms. Even light noises from neighboring rooms were easily audible, which occasionally impacted the overall comfort of the stay."

"My friend and I loved our stay at the Chart House Inn! If you are looking for a sweet cozy traditional style BNB look no further! We especially loved the location as it is in the sweet spot of town where it's just far away from all the noise so it's not overwhelming, but close enough to the action near America's Cup & Thames St. If walking, it is about a 15 minute walk to the International Tennis Hall of Fame.
