"The Embassy at Philadelphia Airport was a complete mess!. No staff offered to clean room, no wait staff for linen, towels etc. Elevator closest to me ( 325 ) was out of order. I didn't have the courtesy of explaining myself about the very obvious leak, and rodents. Staff was in a hurry and some had on dirty clothe. Then comes the rain. There were obvious leaks.
