"房間乾淨，景色優美。"

"一進門就看到房內有一個門，應該是通往隔壁房間的門。心中就有點小小不安。果不其然，當隔壁入住後，所有隔壁房聊天的聲音都在我的房間回響。當下與飯店反應也換了房間。但我還是要提醒其他住客，如果到福容住宿安排到這間房，或許要考慮自己對噪音的耐受度。另外，飯店租用的越野腳踏車坐墊相當硬，無專業車褲的朋友就不要去借用。騎這樣的腳踏車只會讓你臀部痛到忘記花蓮的美麗。還車時有反應，不過各位也知道，櫃台只會跟你說，我們會向上反應。然後跟你收腳踏車租金。"

"The hotel is new and seems to have some growing pains. The room was huge, very well designed and comfortable, as were the available amenities (pool and spa). However, there was no food service available in the hotel other than breakfast, which was unusual for this large 5-star quality hotel. "

"I’d give 10/10 for this hotel. The services and cleaners are amazing. My room is really nice. I can see the ocean view and the town from the window. Breakfast was amazing too. The location is really quiet, walkable to the town, really close to the night market and bus stop too. "

"標榜香草植物的飯店，但是香草植物種植還沒有到位，粗略沒有很精緻，食材標榜養生無負擔，一泊二食，晚餐提供火鍋，食材雞肉無肥油，雞蛋感覺也很不錯，茶包很意外提供阿里山茶跟日月潭紅茶，以花蓮縣來說應該是舞鶴茶或是紅烏龍茶比較適切，飯店地點有點偏僻要自行開車較方便，房間清潔也很舒適。"

"This spot is such a gem. Absolute delight to stay here. Hotel staff was kind, helpful, and communicative. Beautifully designed space and a warm atmosphere. Well located from the train station - not too close, not too far. All in all, you could just tell they cared and wanted to provide a hospitable experience. "

"員工很有工作熱誠呢! Check in 時阿鎮哥見我有中型行李, 二話不說便幫我搬到樓上, 那天三位員工清潔門外的浮雕最少四個小時, 外面都那麼認真, 房內的清潔就令人更有信心啦! 加上近火車站和cp值高,超讚的!"

"Beautiful hotel. The staff especially were VERY helpful and accommodating. A really cute spot, with lots to do in the surrounding area. Definitely stay here if they have a room open!"
