"We stayed here for two nights and rented the apartment as there were 4 people. The apartments are not at the hotel site and you have to drive away about 4-5 minutes. They are very old and the floors creek at every move. The bed in the main bedroom was only full size and was too small for two people. The only mirror they had was in the bathroom, which was very inconvenient for doing makeup. They should have a place to hang towels. They had secured Wi-Fi, which was nice. The kitchen was nice. "I was very disappointed with the facilities provided by the hotel to its paid guests. Occupants were not allowed to use the sauna and needed to book well in advance, and it's closed at 5pm, and if you are free in the evening, you don't have access to it. Also, it only allows you a 30-minute slot."

"Location was great and the room was quiet. It has an elevator which we appreciated and a refrigerator which we put to good use. I did think the room would be bigger. It seems the picture for a standard room was for a different room not the standard room so there was some misdirection there in advertising. The staff was extremely helpful. They get 5 stars."

"This hotel in Pitlochry was a convenient stop-over when we were en route from Edinburgh to the Isle of Skye. While there are lots of things to see and do locally, our schedule allowed us to stay only one night. The rooms were comfortable if on the small side given the angular walls that followed the roof line. The beds and linens were fine, and the rooms had a nice modern shower. "My partner and I remarked that the woman at the front desk was the first unfriendly person we had met in the highlands. When we got to the room, it was un-vacuumed and there were grease smears on all surfaces and the headboard. Each of the cups in coffee corner were dirty with lip marks/greasy fingerprints."
