Pontos positivos: Equipe atenciosa e educada; bom café da manhã; quarto espaçoso; cama e travisseiros confortáveis; toalhas de banho novas; Tv, frigobar e ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente; bar e restaurante. Pontos Negativos: Acústica ruim, pois é possível ouvir conversas e descargas dos quartos ao lado; descarga do sanitário com defeito (disparando muito água); cofre com a tranca estourada."

"Location was perfect in Palermo is a small hotel but room are spacious. The hotel Staff from the moment we arrived did everything in their power to make us feel comfortable and at home specially the guy in the mornings ( can’t remember his name) he assisted with a list of places and when asked a question was ready to answer and even show you the way. We received our room at 9:00am even though check in was at 3:00 perfect after a 9 hour flight. Highly recommend."
