Our flight from landed at 12 am so the 24/7 front desk with helpful and kind staff was a life saver. After spending time in several more rustic hotels in Patagonia, NH provided a luxurious end to our trip. Extremely clean and modern with crisp linens and comfy beds. Located in bustling Microcentro, we had access to many food options and shops. We were also able to easily access the adjacent neighborhoods of historic Montserrat where we enjoyed the beautiful architecture and monuments as well as the peaceful waterfront neighborhood of Puerto Madero. Highly recommend staying here.

A localização do hotel é muito boa e você consegue fazer muitas coisas a pé. A cama é macia e confortável, o que foi um ponto muito positivo. O que eu não gostei foi que me colocaram em um quarto que o ar condicionado não funcionava. Mesmo reclamando na recepção três vezes, não resolveram meu problema e disseram que não tinha como me trocarem de quarto. Eu precisei me arrumar para um evento e minha maquiadora estava suando mesmo depois do “técnico” do hotel ter acabado de sair do quarto. Apesar de o hotel contar com alguns funcionários simpáticos e prestativos, eu odiei a experiência de passar calor enquanto dormia! O mínimo que um hotel tem que oferecer é conforto.

Room was clean. The bed was super comfy! The staff here were very good especially when on Christmas I wanted to borrow one of their complementary bicycles to go for a ride. The fellow at the front desk was able to accommodate my request with a smile. It was Christmas and not a lot of things to do. So, being able to get out on the bike was a great was to spend part of the day.

The location and breakfast really pull the rating up, both of which were fantastic and worth the price in my opinion. The room was well-appointed and beautiful, but was not restocked well over our stay (missing towels, toilet paper, coffee). 1 of the 2 elevators was broken the majority of our stay. Staff was hit or miss in regards to helpfulness and friendliness. The gym was small but functional and pretty clean. Didn’t eat in the restaurant but ordered room service and the food was better than average. They have an app for ordering room service and making requests which is nice in theory, especially if your first language isn’t Spanish, but it didn’t seem to work for anything *except* room service—all of our “free” requests for toilet paper, towels, etc went unanswered.

Las fotografías mostraban algo que en la realidad no es. La habitación estaba sucia, sábanas manchadas, no olía bien, la ducha sucia, el baño no servía, el basurero del baño arruinado.
