"Poor service and waited an hour after standard check in at 4 pm for our room to be ready. After entering the room, which should have been clean, we found something quite disgusting on the bed so if the sheets were changed this item would not have been there. "We were celebrating our anniversary here and the womanbat the front desk blessed us with a king suite upgrade, it was so nice to have the extra living room space! Driver of the shuttle was very nice and the staff at the hotel and restaurant were top notch. Restaurant was great, way better than I thought based on the "diner" vibe."
