"This was, by far, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The walkway was ancient, rundown, and felt downright unsafe. The rooms? Beyond outdated—borderline uninhabitable. To make matters worse, the lift was old, creaky, and felt incredibly unsafe. How this hotel ever received a rating of 8.0 is beyond comprehension. "Beautiful, well designed, modern hotel. Very close to the airport with a free shuttle service. Great restaurant and bar and a lovely outdoor seating and dining area. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone needing a comfortable place to stay close to the Lisbon airport."

"The hotel is in a good central position on a main bus route from the airport.
It is an intriguing hotel of several buildings.
It's really lovely and quiet didn't feel crowded.
The staff are great, the pool and restaurants are excellent.
Our room wasn't huge but had a cute outside patio. The room had everything you needed including quiet aircon.
The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was clean and atmospheric.
We left our cases after checkout and the reception booked a taxi that arrived very...

"Hotel assolutamente perfetto. Camera ottima e pulita. Buona colazione. Davanti all’hotel c’è la fermata della metropolitana e degli autobus. L’hotel è a circa 30 minuti a piedi dai quartieri più famosi. Personale gentilissimo. C’è anche il parcheggio."
