"The absolutely lap of luxury located at the top of the world. Most breathtaking views in Costa Rica! You are perched in the middle of the rainforest overlooking the ocean on one side and mountains on the other. The rooms are clean and luxurious, the food and drinks are amazing and we can’t say enough about the warmth and care of the staff. Best massage I ever had was here. "

"Outstanding, and the perfect end to a travel and tour-filled vacation. Vayu is an idyllic retreat, nestled in the jungle, surrounded by trees and the sounds of nature. We were even visited by a pair of inquisitive toucans. The rooms are huge - clean and a bed with bedding more comfortable than home. Everything has been perfectly considered - design and integration of technology (most notably the lighting and sound systems). "This resort provides an authentic "forest" experience while at the same time making sure all one's needs are taken care of. Dining is surprisingly good (my husband is a gourmet chef so he should know) as is the service! We couldn't ask for more but got it thanks to the friendliness of the owners. They are ever present and offer great advice (as well as conversation) for a fulfilling experience.
We were sincerely sad to leave and hope to return in the future..."

"The friendly atmosphere and attentive staff, whether excursions or sunset drinks were perfect. Sitting in the forest enjoying the wildlife whilst eating such wonderful food was a joy. The room was clean and well cared for with a view and relaxed atmosphere true to the hotels name. "
