"There’s a lady that works at the front desk. He’s passive aggressive, nitpicky, and works hard to make sure customers don’t feel comfortable or safe. I would recommend that the company disregard her contract and make sure that she does not work ever again in the hospitality industry, she has caused me to go through great lens to make sure no one feels disrespected and that same way again."

Had to place 2 suitcases on the floor. Only had 4 hangers. I asked for more & there were none. Stayed 2 nights. Didn’t have heat 1st night & room was very cold.
