"- The room was pristine and spacious.
- The futon beds were insanely comfortable!
- The private onsen was beautiful.
- The staff were immensely helpful and had wonderful English
- The location a few minutes walk from the train/bus station makes getting there with suitcases really convenient.

"Excellent stay. Everything stands out. Clean, safe, wonderful, amazing snowy night and day. Staying there for 2 nights was so dreamy. The onsen experience was unreal. Breakfast was filling with a great set offered. Staffs were helpful and patient. Language barrier was not a big issue. They sincerely try their very best to accomodate.
If you want perfect english, best to visit an english-speaking country."

"The resort is surrounded by nature, very quiet and peaceful - perfect if that’s what you’re looking for. It can be a bit inconvenient without a car, but there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel that runs at specific times and goes to the nearest train station, Shiojiri.
