"It was great! Place was clean! Lobby was beautiful! The beds were a bit hard, kind of like sleeping on a wooden box but that doesn’t deter your stay, and the staff were accommodating! If you want to do an early check in, best to do it at 2pm, anything earlier, you’ll have to pay! You can also store your luggage while waiting for your check in "

"I purchased a Lake View Room, when I arrived they said my room was not available yet and moved me to another room. I could see the lake only if I stood behind the T.V. All three windows had no view at all. When I brought it up to staff they said that the room qualified as a Lake View and would not reimburse me or move me to another room.
