"Probably the best service and hospitality we’ve experienced at any property. From the guest service team at reception to the pool & beach attendants, all dining venues, recreation (sunrise yoga, badminton & archery), spa (foot massages on the beach), and housekeeping, service was very attentive, polite & friendly. "娘と宿泊いたしました。スタッフがとても優しくて色々と丁寧に教えてくれました。
夜でも警備員がいるので安心できるのと、門を開けてくれるので夜 遊びしても時間を気にせずでした。
バルコニー(共同)から海が見えて朝毎日眺めていました。
マニアックなエリアらしいのですが、静かですしGrabでナイトマーケットもすぐです。
ジープニーを使えば15ペソほどでマクタンまでいけます。
海はアイランドホッピングに行かないと入れませんが、プールがあるので毎日入りました。
最終日もスーツケースを預けて行動しましたが、スタッフも警備員も待っていてくれて対応してくれました。最高な旅行になりました。"

"This is a very nice hotel. We had a room with a great view! Overall, we enjoyed this hotel and our room.
There were some issues, but relatively minor. Water flushing at toilet was not strong enough. It took a long time to get the room cool the first day. There was a Pan Asia festival going on at time, so number of people in hotel was crazy at times. Also, traffic in and out of area was crazy busy!"

入り口横の便座のフタが上げてもすぐ下がってくる。バスタオルと布団カバーが少し臭うなど細かい点はありますが、マンション的な広い家族ルームを割安で借りられるのは良いと思う。"
