"The first room is the room we reserved and paid for, a ground level with king, beach front, and water view. We asked to be moved because of the strong smell of mildew. My family and I very allergic and did not feel safe in that room. We tried using the phone to ask to be moved but it wasn’t working so we went up to the front and felt bad to complain in front of other guests. "The villas were not as described in Expedia. No blackout shades. Don’t plan on sleeping late. Window treatments broken and a lot of light comes through. The golf cart pickup is spotty at best and the villas are a long hot walk from main resort attractions. There was a family of 40 having a photo shoot behind my villa and set up camp there for 4 hours. Sitting on our porch steps as well. Called to complain and security never came. There was poop in the lagoon….i think it came out of babies...
