"Courtesy was the best, from every single staff member I encountered. There were some little bits of the room that were not impeccably clean but I am pretty happy with the room. I think it is great to be able to go between the two areas of the resort as I was traveling alone. My big issue was with Expedia and Hyatt Corp levels as there is a lot of confusion with the name of the resorts that are literally on the same beach.
