"This is a nice hotel, clean and well staffed in proximity of the city center. However the beautiful indoor unheated pool’s water can be somewhat cold at times and the gym’s fitness instruments or machines could be improved. The restaurant is quite adequate as well but the food preparation and service needs a bit of fine tuning. Besides that overall good hotel with a great stay and friendly staff. "

"Our group of 7 had a wonderful night on Erina Cruise. The rooms are big and spacious, the staff are very attentive and we enjoyed the activities offered. The pool is quite shallow but it was good for sitting in and our 4 year old loved it. Plenty of food options at each meal so there was something for everyone in our group. Would highly recommend."

"Had a great stay with impressive attention to detail throughout. The room was beautiful with an amazing view, making it a truly relaxing experience. The staff were very attentive, especially when it came to my dietary requirements, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!
