The room was really nice and the view was world class. The staff were very helpful. It is close to Sunworld for the cable car and the ferris wheel as well as the marina for boat tours on the bay. The buffet breakfast was very good too.

Really nice hotel , two nice pools, the staff is really welcoming, nice and helpful. A specific mention to Mr Benjamin at the front desk who is really kind and helpful for finding specific locations. Thanks also to Mrs Lin at the front desk too. The view from the room at the 18th floor is amazing

Beautiful hotel and convenient location. Room had sea view. The property is well kept and maintained. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast buffet had excellent food selections to choose from but pricy. The only thing I would recommend improving on were the quality and tastes of the dinner dishes. The seafood was not fresh as I expected from a seaside town and the steak and pepper sauce were cold. The tastes needs to justify for the price. I would recommend grabbing dinner elsewhere. Overall, I recommend this hotel for the stay in Ha Long Bay!

Just spent a lovely 3 days here in Ha Long Bay. The hotel is quite modern and well kept, and the service very friendly. The hotel has fantastic views over the bay, and of the sunwheel and cable car. Breakfast was very nice - a large selection of European and Vietnamese options. The lunch menu is varied and quick- and reasonably priced. The pools are not heated so very cold in February! In the summer I imagine they would be excellent as the views are so nice. Bed was large and comfy and the bathroom was a high standard.

I have booked 2 type rooms. Executive and Superior. Executive room : has very good view, the room is fabulous, but much more expensive. Superior: they gave me one with very bad smell at the beginning (smells like a place no body stay very long time). I went to reception request to change. They gave me another one with Seaview and smell much better. Food is okay, location is not so good as you gonna need to walk or taxi to anywhere. There is nothing around you can wander. One thing I want to mention that me and my friend both started to coughing after check in. We came to hotel directly without any stop and start to coughing half hour after check in. I thought it’s because of the environment of hotel. However my friend think it’s might be the air of this bay. Not sure about it .

Great service, quiet, it has everything you need. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The town is quite empty so that is reflected in the hotel. But the staff are really nice. We were there for two nights and ate at the restaurant downstairs where we were usually the only ones there but really good food and service. When planning our trip to Ha Long Bay, we were debating staying in the town or a cruise. I am very glad we went with the decision to stay in the town. It was a much better experience and much needed support to the local economy.

This hotel is a bit out of the main center, so a lot of the meal delivery services and the nightspots are not right outside. You might have to walk about a kilometer to find a convenience store, so you're going to have to rely on room service. Which is good.

When most of the staff are doing an excellent job and then a few are running around at night aiding literal terrorists unimpeded, the takeaway is regret at having spent any money on the whole of the building. In Hong Kong, if you pick the right hotel they ain't getting in to the building.
