"Basic accommodation. While booking one doesn't realise one is booking student accomodation until you start searching for goole map. Lift was not working and they gave accommodation on the fourth floor. They escorted to the room using a lift next building with intervening door requiring staff pass. Asked a question how were we suppose to get down and up again? They had no answer. Finally after several hours we got accommodation in entirely different building. Not happy at all. Breakfast was full...

"The location is perfect - it’s very central and walkable to many sites, tube and Thames are both super close. It’s also on a quiet corner, with a lovely little park right behind the hotel. The hotel itself is lovely & very charming. The rooms are a decent size and the staff are friendly and helpful. The concierge staff in particular are truly outstanding! The one down side for us was that the hotel terrace restaurant was closed while we were there, but we had a fantastic stay overall."
