"The location was excellent and we had a fabulous view of Tower Bridge. The front desk and concierge staff were wonderful. The omelet station was a treat and kitchen staff helpful. The lack of air conditioning in the room was a problem during the recent heat wave. But the lobby was pleasant and the room fan helped. The housekeeping staff was the weak link. They were not responsive and sometimes didn't even clean the room. But the front desk sent them back when asked."

"Very impressed with this hotel, great location as close to most things and public transport. Room very clean and quiet, comfortable bed and had all you need . Breakfast buffet was a lovely surprise , lots of choice and everything fresh. The only negative thing I can say is hotel is over 2 buildings so took a few times to learn my way around.
