Also there was quite a high step up to access the balcony with no notice reminding customers to take care when getting on or off the balcony. "The hotel was, as when we stayed previously, very welcoming, friendly, organised, clean, warm and relaxing. Unfortunately, at 1am when we arrived we were not prepared for a shower that moved around the wall because it was not affixed to the wall nor a toilet roll holder that would not hold the roll of toilet paper for the same reason! Annoying but not enough to spoil our excellent stay at 525."
