No estoy contenta con el servicio del hotel solo fui para dos días afortunadamente , y en uno de ellos no pude ni tomar cafe porque estaba cerrada la cafeteria... La habitación con la cisterna rota el grifo de la ducha también , el hotel estaba vacio y nos dieron la peor habitación eso si nos quejamos y nos dieron otra

El hotel busca mucha ganancia con pocos servicios

El hotel lleno y ni un mísero entretenimiento. El spa roto roto, los masajes llenos, la comida poca variedad, no volvere nunca ni al hotel ni a contratar con expedia por tener a este hotel en su página. Ahh y cada vez q pedías una bebida tenias q firmar, si pedías 6 cervezas tenia q hechar 6 firmas, pocos camareros para tanta gente... vaya tela

El hotel es muy correcto. La piscina no es muy grande pero el restaurante está muy bien, y las habitaciones muy amplias y bien equipadas. Lo mejor de todo es la increible amabilidad y buena disposición del personal. Un diez para todos.

A disappointment

The bedroom was very clean and adequate. The staff, of those available were very helpful and polite. The lack of staff is my main criticism of the hotel. The breakfast room should be on the ground floor overlooking the garden and pool not stuck in the basement with frosted windows sporting a damp stained wall below the windows. No staff, no help, if you needed it. The terrace reataurant was uninviting because it is situated at the furthest point from the double doors that lead from the main part of the hotel. I felt as though I was not really wanted at the restaurant because it was at the far end from anywhere and only staffed by two waiters (who were very good and helpful) but had to appear from a door some steps away from the restaurant. No staff were around to show guests where to sit and there was no real indication that this was the only dining room. In the main Reception area there is a comfortable looking bar and coffee type lounge. During my 5 day stay in peak season the bar was never staffed. Quite extraordinary. As one leaves the main building to go to the pool there is a terrace with easy chairs. A lovely place to sit and enjoy a drink or coffee. I had to ask reception to arrange for service. Not once but every day. We are talking about the peak of the season and there is no excuse for that. I booked the Spa Torre Pacheco because it is listed as a 4 star hotel.
