"Great check in. Nice rooms and bar. (Staff excellent)However do NOT eat in the restaurant. Disappointing is not the word. Took too long to get table. Food took too long plus steaks where overcooked and our cheeseburger turned into a chicken burger. Wouldve sent back but our party was too hungry due to time."

"The room and location were great! Helpful staff with recommendations and great room service. Our only issue was not having a fan in the bathroom. It got pretty steamy from the shower and water dripped from the walls and ceiling. Bottom of the bathroom door was dirty, which we only noticed because it got on the floor mat. Nice hotel, but can't really take a hot shower there."

"The hotel was in a great location. Very convenient for everything we wanted to do in Belfast. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The staff were very helpful particularly Ilona on reception on Saturday night"
