"Absolutely amazing from start to finish. The hotel was beautiful and our room was lovely. Every member of staff were super friendly and attentive. We would definitely stay here again for Guernsey. "We had a few days here whilst we explored Guernsey. Ours was an upper garden room so we were at the top of the site with a bit of a slope down to the main hotel for breakfast. This wasn't a problem as we did get a message beforehand to warn us and give us the opportunity to change our booking if needed. "Couldn't fault the hotel or staff. Whatever you asked for, it was no trouble at all. Our room was fine with a balcony that overlooked the harbour. Plenty to eat at breakfast. You can start with continental and then have a cooked meal if you want. The only drawback for us was the number of steps and sloping paths/ roads you need to negotiate to reach the hotel. That said, we would recommend this hotel."
