"I was double charged for my room. I paid in advance through Expedia and verified this prior to arrival. I did not manually check out then saw they charged me full price again after reviewing their invoice on email. I called and they acknowledged the mistake but could not do the credit right away. I have to wait for a separate credit email. They can sure put the charge through quickly but now I have to wait and watch for the credit. If people don’t pay attention it is easy to get taken advantage...

"We were charged for a bunch of things we didn’t use as well as double charged for resort fees. The prices are definitely steep and they were understaffed. The pools are small and were cloudy. The sound proofing is also poor. The staff was nice and the room was clean."

"Staff was very welcoming. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Pool area was fun, staff was great, bar and food from the pool bar was good. Kids and adults all had a blast. Definitely recommend."
