"This is the second time that I have spent my vacation and visiting family in your hotel and I was not disappointed the first or the second time. The front office staff was very accommodating and very helpful and everything that I needed. The restaurant it's an a+ in the chef and the pastry chef works extremely helpful. "We heard great reviews for this hotel from friends in Manado, so we booked a room for our stay. Iโm giving five stars because I believe my friends. However, a volcano meant that our flight turned around 30 minutes before we were supposed to land in Manado. We couldnโt use our reservation. I wrote to Expedia and the hotel to cancel the reservation. Expedia said they couldnโt refund the money because they needed to first receive the consent of the hotel and the hotel didnโt respond the hotel...

"Comfortable and modern business hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was comfortable, good shower and WiFi. Breakfast buffet has a lot of choice, something for everyone and very good. Walking distance from good restaurants (the hotel restaurant is also very good) and shopping malls."
