"The hotel staff are really nice, it’s a short walk into town. Only thing I would say of note, the hotel is right next to the Trainline. It’s not an issue if you can have to windows closed, but if it’s warm you may need earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. "

"Wir waren an sich sehr zufrieden. Besonders das Personal ist hervorzuheben. Es gab aber ein paar Punkte die verbesserungswürdig bzw. ungewöhnlich sind. Es wird eine Pakrgebühr erhaben, das kenne ich für ganz normale Parkplätze vor dem Haus nicht. Bei einer Garage mag das angemessen sein. Wenn ich all in gebucht habe sollte ein Luchpaket enthalten sein, weil das Mittagessen ja auch kostenlos ist. Hier mussten 7,50 Euro gezahlt werden. Flaschen zum Getränke abfüllen wären praktisch. "A very warm welcome at reception , excellent food in the restaurant. We thought we had arrived too late to eat but they kindly allowed us to order some food which was delicious . Breakfast was good - freshly cooked omelette. Very comfortable bed. Free parking. The information sheets were very helpful. "

"Virkelig dejligt Gasthaus hotel med god restuarant, centralt beliggende i Kaprun. Vi blev ved ankomsten opgraderet til et større værelse uden beregning, og var meget tilfredse med hele opholdet. Inkluderet i opholdet var til vores overraskelse blandt andet et frikort til mange lifter i området. Både området, byen og hotellet kan varmt anbefales. "
