"I had bedbugs in my room. The hotel handled it well by switching my room and ultimately moving me to the Plaza location, along with refunding my stay and parking fees. "The hotel and our room was very clean. Housekeeping was very nice. I would suggest asking for a room a distance from an exterior door to the parking lot as the door was quite loud when it shut. Also, our room had only one large towel for two people. Typically, even for one person, there are at least two towels."
