"It is a great hotel in the heart of Downtown, right across the shopping mall, surrounded by restaurants. We had an awesome view from our windows. The room was clean, friendly staff, eazy check in/out. The only thing that was missing, it's a mini bar. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Lviv. You can't get a better place for this money."

"We got a small room in the heart of Downtown. It was clean and cozy. Bedsheets were fresh. Shower a bit tight, but clean and did the job. This hotel is surrounded by restaurants, walking distance to historic places. Overall, it was a great stay for the price."

"It's my second stay at this hotel and I just love it. There is so much attention to design detail, with everything from quirky options of messages to leave on your door for housekeeping, to local books left in your room, in case you need a good read. Everything is in top condition, and for something rated as three-star, it has everything a much more highly rated hotel delivers, including a fully stocked mini-bar. The restaurant is good and has a nice outlook. The young staff are very polite...

"This hotel is fabulous! So many touches you don't usually find except in the most luxurious hotels. The bathroom floor was heated! The room had bathrobes and slippers. The restaurant was small but the food was amazing! The staff was very friendly. I know Ukraine is currently at war, but you wouldn't know it staying here. What an oasis!"
