On the second day of our stay, the staff did not clean the room, which was disappointing. "EXCELLENT room and property. It's new, it's comfortable, A/C units go down to 61 if you wish! Most hotels these days put a "lock" on them - which is awful for those who need to sleep in a very cool room. VERY happy with our decision to stay here. We flew out the next morning, so we only got to enjoy it for barely one night. We wish we had this good of a room for our other six nights in Nevada and California!"
