"I absolutely loved our experience here and I wish I could’ve stayed longer! The Cliffside room was spacious, the bathroom was clean, we always had towels, as this is a resort I will say that it can be on the pricier side for drinks and meals, but honestly, the quality of the food is worth it! "Such a beautiful ranch themed hotel with spacious hotel room with 2 huge king size bed, nicely maintained. The view from balcony is unreal, stream is flowing with beautiful tracking and mountain behind. I felt this place worth so much more than a typical hotel. Must recommend. I and my family enjoyed the property. It has complimentary breakfast available as well English style. Loved every thing about the property."

"I was not pleased with the redervation and check in If you are checking in late, there is no typical front desk. It seems my expedia reservation was not seen as valuable compared to booking direct and the hotel customer service had no information. Im sure its because of low season but it took 45 minutes to reach someone who could tell me where to find my room key. All were apologetic but it was a frustrating scenario to reach a solution and a person with the right info."

"As travelers with accessibility needs, this hotel is top on our list! Super clean, great bathroom space / shower / grab bars. Super nice, relaxed lobby and lounge. The staff asked if we needed additional help, but not in the “poor you in a wheelchair” kind of way. Also - just up the hill (walkable/wheelable) is Ska Brewery — excellent outdoor atmosphere, kids playing in safe natural areas while adults enjoyed a beer. Highly recommend!"
