"The hotel has it posted no pool parties and only 4 people per room but everytime we went to the pool there was close to 100 people in there and more people bringing kids and dropping them off for the “birthday party” . They had all kinds of floats and pool toys all over the place on top of that there was a few boys that kept screaming bloody murder non stop! The pool area was out of control the 3 times on Saturday (different times of the day) we went to try to use it.
Also no pool towels...

"Room was clean, pillows felt like nothing. I find it offensive when a hotel charges $39 to valet park your vehicle in a lot attached to the hotel. Literally beside the hotel. How about not employing a person to drive my car beside the place im staying. And why not post the ridiculous price for this parking on the ad so someone can see it b4 they reserve the room. Won't be staying there or any other holiday inn. In the future."

"Hotel centrally located in downtown Louisville, Kentucky. Easy to access from major high way, ample parking for guest. Staff (Mauve) and parking staff provided excellent customer service while checking into hotel. 8th floor dining staff excellent customer service, very pleasant, and outdoor space clean. Affordable, spacious rooms, clean bathroom, comfortable bed. Would stay again and recommend."

"We stayed 2 nights while we were attending National Farm Machinery Show in Louisville-we were apprehensive at first since we had our 3 kids with us, however the hotel was perfect and our kids had a great time in the pool. My husband and I would love to come back again for an adult trip to utilize the casino and other amenities."
