"ウォータースライダーもですが、ホテル内のプールも使えませんでした。
子供が楽しみにしていたので残念です。
掃除も日本のホテルのようには綺麗ではありませんでした。
日本語が話せるスタッフも誰もおらず
ホームページの内容とは違いました。
ただ、立地が良くタモンビーチまでも歩いていけるので、ただ泊まるだけでしたら良いかと思います。"

"I work in another hotel so my expectations for the place weren’t high especially after a typhoon. So I’m not suprised that certain things in the hotel is out of order. What I did expect is a certain amount clear communication between guest and staff. Keep in mind I called a day ahead of time before making the booking asking about the laundry/gym/pool and was told that it was ALL working. (Which in fact wasn’t.
