"I only stayed one night because I had to catch a flight the next day. The hotel itself has potential. There are a lot of activities for the guests and families. The room (furniture) was a bit outdated and needs new linen. Overall the hotel needs to be renovated."

"Check in staff not very friendly. Room was very clean upon arrival. I wish they still offered daily housekeeping but the staff was very prompt if anything was needed. Love the amenities per usual. I think the management should get a better handle on advertisements for take out being left on guest doorstep. They were scattered all over the hallways. Would stay again but please give better customer service training to front desk."

"The hotel is a lot less maintained than the photos make it look, there’s no housekeeping, the hallways/elevators reek. Parking was obnoxious, lots of obnoxious noise/loitering right outside the hotel. Noise inside the hotel. Hot tub was out of service. Pool was dirty.
Only good thing was the view of the ocean and easy access to the beach."

There was a small leak under the kitchen sink not quite sure where it came from because we had just checked in and we were just looking over everything. The living dining area patio was all very nice. The bathroom was very nice to sink. Had a clog which when I figured out to pull out the drain, it was full of hair so I end up cleaning that up myself because maintenance did not come within the first call not sure if they...
