"Our cruise dropped 1200 people into Papeete so the hotel was inundated with guests trying to check in all at once at 9am. The staff were patient and kind and did a great job to accommodate everyone. Even though check in is clearly stated as 3pm they did their best to get rooms ready early. Hotel was clean and comfortable and right across the street from the port "

"Cet hôtel est vraiment une pure merveille,l endroit est paradisiaque, piscine et plage magnifique.
Le personnel est d une gentillesse et toujours serviable.
Le petit déjeuner américain est bien complet,manque de rien.
Je vous conseille le poisson cru ,wouawww une merveille
On a été accueillis avec une collier de fleurs et au départ un collier de coquillage comme le veut la tradition polynésienne.
Le bungalow est magnifique , très propre
Literie parfaite avec une bonne climatisation.

"Superbe emplacement, vu magnifique, service impeccable.
On a adoré les activités proposées.
Notre bungalow avec vu sur le lagon etait un moment magique avec les couchers de soleil ☀️
Concernant le petit déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner pareil rien à dire. Service top, fruits frais, œufs frais.

"Le mahana est un lieu magique ! Très bien entretenu. Vous avez à disposition kayaks, paddle, transats. Un accueil attentionné, souriant et chaleureux tant à la réception qu’au service de nettoyage ! Un logement propre, tres fonctionnel, spacieux. À noter toutefois que le lit d’appoint n’est pas confortable. Ce logement n’est pas adapté au télétravail, pas de wifi dans les chambres et un wifi très faible à la réception. Je ne peux que recommander le mahana ! "
