"This is the worst resort we have been. There is no way you could contact them! All numbers are not working! we had to re schedule our stay as my niece got sick. Wasted a 2 night stay!"

"Staff is great and friendly. The bed in the room was terribl. Mattress is like sleeping on a sheet of plywood. Impossible to sleep on your side. Other things I didn't like...only 2 bath towels. In the heat I took two showers a day and had to reuse towel for second one. Should have 4 towels per room. Also..I saw cockroach twice during my stay in my room and a Lil gecko thing on the wall. Should have better seals on doors to stop that or traps. Lastly there was a sewer type smell coming out of...

"When we got checked in, the toilet wasn’t flushing, the phone isn’t working, when we locked the door because we have to go out, they said they have no key that works.
We rented 2 rooms good for 6 each but they only gave us 2 cups.
When we ate out, the manager had a bad attitude toward us.
The staffs are trying their best to help us but their boss is terrible. There’s oveall problem with the system."

"This hotel was
not registered online booking with your hotels.com. thus the booking offers was not accepted by the hotel palau for my 7 days stayed.. I ended up paying the complete full rates of 11,850pesos. This should not be happening. The refunds exercise should be implemented to customer like me..."
