"The view from the room/hotel is everything. You can do lots of bird watching right from your balcony and there’s lots of wonderful wildlife around the grounds. The food was excellent breakfast as well as the dinner, really great quality food. Staff were helpful if needed something. It’s a little remote so you have to be willing to arrange shuttles or taxis if you don’t have a car. Also need to be able to walk around the grounds to get to places, but if you struggle or have luggage they arrange...

"Great place. Highly recommend one of the cabin on the hill. The view of the volcano is breathtaking and being able to see it from your room’s window is priceless. Also, the place is kept very clean and the restaurant serves very good food at affordable prices. Overall it was a very good experience "

"Beautiful place with awesome lake views. Magali made a delicious breakfast for us, and the whole staff was very helpful and friendly.
The room is very clean, well thought out and modern, with a very nice bathroom. Highly recommended if you are in the Arenal area. "
