"Extremely beautiful view and unique place however they charged us for using the swimming pools which is unusual and they didn’t tell us about this when we wanted to go in, during check out we found out that we had to pay. Expedia also doesn’t mention that the pool is 18+ and my twelve year old daughter was really looking forward to it and was later distressed when we were told that it was only for adults. "

"Truly fantastic boutique hotel! Such an amazing find! Highly recommended. Parking is free and easy to find. The hotel picks you up and takes you into the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. On the day of our departure we needed to leave very early and they had a full breakfast ready for us and gave us a ride back to our car with no problem at all. The location at the edge of the cliff is absolutely stunning and the views are unparalleled. The rooms themselves are unique...

"Location was so unique overlooking the Sassi . Nighttime was magical. We arrived early and Davide welcomed us; nothing was too much trouble! He arranged for us to have a coffee and custard brioche as we had missed breakfast that morning due to an early start. We could not have arrived on a better day as it was a special Festa and we were invited to see the fireworks from the balcony at 1am - front row seats!! We couldn’t ask for more from the entire staff and highly recommend this boutique...

"Ottimo hotel immerso nel verde, con due piscine (di cui una per bambini) in cui siamo stati benissimo. Ristorante con ampia scelta piatti, porzioni abbondanti e servizio rapido. Eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo. Camere ampie e pulite; ulteriore nota positiva, la cortesia dei titolari che con molto impegno sono riusciti anche a risolvere un problema di fatturazione con l'azienda. Consigliatissimo!"

"Hotel in ottima posizione strategica vicinissimo al centro storico. Da lì si inizia il percorso per i sassi. Si trova nella piazza importante della basilica di S.Francesco di Assisi. Hotel molto pulito e camera bellissima con vista città storica. Personale disponibile e gentile. Colazione continentale in sala ben arredata e pulita."

"Ho vissuto un 'esperienza particolarmente positiva e rilassante. Ben al disopra delle aspettative soprattutto per il proprietario ,che sempre sorridente e gentilissimo, ci ha coccolati in ogni momento, omaggiandoci anche con un cadeau finale molto gradito . ottima la cena al ristorante dell'hotel."

"Ora ho capito, si chiama così perché deponi ogni arma e ti ci perdi dentro (GiamPERDUTO), nella pace!!! Ahahhaha Siamo stati divinamente, coccolati dall'inizio alla fine. Le camere sono particolari, almeno la nostra, che aveva la doccia nella stanza, a vista...scendendo delle scale! E' stata una bella scoperta! Il posto è magico, ti mette in pace, ti rilassa partendo con una colazione varissima e validissima con torte fatte in casa, prodotti locali e genuini, frutta, salato...attenzione alle...

"In questo piccolo albergo di Policoro ci siamo trovati molto bene. E' piccolo, ed anche questo e' un vantaggio, ma moderno ed accogliente. Il personale gentile e cortese si e' sempre offerto di aiutarci per tutte le nostre richieste. Molto bello il salone per la prima colazione dove abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario e anche piu'. Sicuramente da consigliare "

"Convenient location on side of Autostrada but not well signed so easy to miss turn off. Sterile atmosphere but room and bed ok. Dinner in hotel restaurant was basic. Breakfast items seemed to run out quickly and were reluctantly replaced. Biggest problem was complete lack of hot water which the hotel did not tell us about at check in."
