"The hotel is a few blocks from downtown. We had the luck of checking the room before booking, and so discovered the small room is really small. We paid extra for a room with balcony which was very nice (and normal size!). No elevator. Parking around the street."

"The property is beautiful, the cabins very well equipped for guest comfort, with fantastic views of the Andes Mountains and the river. The property managers, Maritza and Daniel, were always attentive to our needs; they were two excellent people. The only regrettable thing was that on the second day, there was a light snowstorm that caused a 24-hour power outage, so we had to find hotel accommodations, as the cabins don't have generator backup.
