"お部屋はスーツケースを開けても十分なくらい広く、ナイル川も見れて良かったです。ただ、設備が古いのでシャワーブースの水が溜まる、暖房がつかない、Wifiが弱いなどあります。禁煙のリクエストを入れてましたが、ないのか喫煙部屋でした。お部屋自体に臭いはついてないのですが、他の部屋からの煙がかなり入ってくるので、近隣の部屋の喫煙状況によって、かなり苦しいです。あと、ロビーから吹き抜けが続いているのですが、音がかなり響いて、人の話し声が夜中でも響いてきます。
朝食は朝食会場で食べてないので評価できないのですが、ブレックファーストボックスはかなりボリューミーです。
道を渡った所の通りにはレストランが沢山あるので、食事には困らないかと思います。
クリーニングは近隣の口コミの良さそうなお店よりお安いので、ホテルでお願いした方が良いかと思います。
レセプションのスタッフの方には本当に親切にしていただきました。West Bankのプライベートツアーを依頼していましたが、お迎えが来なかった時に色々な所に電話して下さいました。本当にありがとうございました。"

"Everything was delightful. We were fascinated by the traditional character of the complex and the rooms were large and totally comfortable. The staff took good care of us. This place offered everything we needed. Mellow !! A good value bring your cameras. "

"This hotel has it all together, which is rare. The rooms are clean and in good shape and the Nile views are lovely. The gardens look great too. The breakfast is very complete. And the staff are very professional. I have seen a couple of criticisms pop up about this hotel that I would like to respond to:
1) some people think the hotel needs a little refreshing. I did not find this the case. The style might not always be contemporary but everything is clean and in excellent condition.

"Incredible staff first and foremost. They not only were immensely professional but went above and beyond for me and my limited time there.
Room was spotless and bed comfy. The view from top rooftop terrace especially during sunrise is incredible.
Lastly, the beef tajin was delicious!!!

"La zona es muy buena, esta en el centro y a pie del metro. El primer dia no tuve agua caliente, pero lo arreglaro. El desayuno es muy egipcio, la porcion es buena. Lo unico malo es que encontre dos pequeñas cucarachas en la habitacion. "
