"The staff was great at the property. They accommodated a room change part way though our stay.
The first room was 26 degrees and wasn't nearly as clean as the 2nd room. We found a used shower cap, stray hairs in / on the bed and cockroach in the bathroom calling up the shower walls.
The 2nd room had a more manageable temperature and was markedly cleaner than the first room.
The property appears to be going through a branding change. The pool was closed and there appeared to be a general...

"Room interior is old and tired looking but it is spotlessly clean and well equipped.
Our room was a suite. Full kitchen was great. Only thing we needed was a spatula.
Great location to restaurants, museums, and Byward Market. All walkable.
We will stay here again for our next visit to Ottawa "

"The price is reflective of closeness to the airport. The menu in the restaurant is limited and expensive. Alcoholic beverages are overpriced. Dessert menu is overpriced. You may want to bring your own toilet paper as the paper they have for the washrooms are wax paper. Expect to wash after you go. Overall, a clean place to stay. Service was okay. "
