"Property is unique, like a time capsule/living museum that's beautifully preserved, from the tiles to the wrought iron and historical photos throughout the common areas. . The view from the balcony over the Amazon is incredibly memorable. The manager, Francisco, went out of his way to ensure we had a memorable stay and helped out with booking transportation and anything else we needed. "I would very rarely write anything but positive reviews, but I can’t in good conscience do that here. Staff seemed in general to be disinterested in helping, and also didn’t seem to be able to navigate the computer booking system to find our booking.
