"Really nice, modern hotel. Staff were really helpful and got me checked in with ease. Room was clean, quiet and modern and the beds did the job. "Two people at the reception lied to my face. Because of this, I had to pay 20 euros I could have saved if it wasn't for this lack of communication. When spoken to the other receptionists and even the manager, they didn't care. They were laughing and only cared about getting 20 lousy euros. This costs a client and potential new clients. Specially if you demonstrate you only care about money and not clients. Makes no sense. Awful customer experience, I'll never return."
