"Room was small and stuffy , called the front desk to ask for a fan and woman was a tad snippy , facilities and house keeping were phenomenal.. however front desk could use a little more personality.. hard to find vending and ice as not available on all floors and lots of extra charges for resort fees and double tax charges .. my check out was almost $100 more than expected.."

"We booked this property to attend 2026 Laconia Bike Week. We were so disappointed with our room that we checked out early.
Neither the front door to our room nor the windows closed completely; gaps allowed light, heat, and noise into the room.
We found old, half-empty beer cans in our room upon arrival.
Room-darkening drapes were missing. There were 2 sets of drape empty drape tracks with pull strings. Horizontal window blinds did not even fit the windows.

"The room was very clean but there was no single lounge chair in the room, only a desk chair...very difficult for two people to put up with. A hassock under the counter serves no use when it is not accompanied by a chair to sit on. As a New England location, this is the very first hotel that does not carry NESN, the home of the Boston Red Sox. The microwave in room 126 did not work. Your complimentary breakfast is excellent."
