"The hotel itself is ckean and the staff are friendly and informative. We had booked a double and got two single beds (although this seems to be the norm in Laos from my experience). The toilet seemed to be blocked along the line a bit (I suspect soneone throw toilet paper down) so a few times we had to find a plunger.
Aircon struggled in the heat, but the room had strong ceiling fans. I also like the seperate shower and toilet.
I'm not sure the pools PH leveks are checked, as after a short swim...

"The staff is attentive and gracious. The upstairs room with balcony, very nice though the room often needed better sweeping.
My impression is many people come for the weekend
—washing and hanging clothes everywhere and couples with screaming children who take over the pool.
Otherwise it’s a very lovely spot, great location."

"The hotel is newly opened and in Grand condition. It has been renovated and added on to the UNESCO standards for that Historical District.
The entire staff are wonderful, from the cleaners to the GM. They are also so helpful and personable!"
