"Check in staff were very nice. Guy that provided parking was a little rude. And there was not enough parking in designated area. But mostly/ it wasn't a resort. It's more like a condo complex and you are renting a condo. We had to start the dishwasher and clean up when we left- like you do for a Vrbo- not at a resort. Maybe I didn't do enough research but I was disappointed. It was clean and had a washer and dryer. With a single box of detergent. "

"I was traveling with my 90 year old mom who is not very mobile. The receptionist arranged a room close to the lobby despite being booked. She was understanding and very helpful. It made her stay very convenient. At first we were disappointed with the location of the hotel being far from the village. After encountering the traffic and chaos, we were grateful to be 3 miles away from the hustle and bustle. I used the fitness room everyday and was very happy. I wish the coffee spot opened before...

"The room was outdated and had a very hard bed. There was a musty odor coming from the sink area and one electrical outlet sparked and went out. The staff was excellent and helpful. The room was clean. The pool and hot tub was clean and the hot tub was hot. I think Bell Rock Inn should lower their prices by $50 a night. Its not located in Sedona, instead its the village of Oak Creek, so you cant use the Sedona shuttle. Would i stay again? Not at 250 a night."

"Check in was a nightmare. Waited 1/2 hr to even get to the desk. I had reserved 2 places for our family of 7 members months in advance. We were separated roads apart. They cared less about trying to put us together. Ashley at the front desk was rude and abrupt. No directions on the place - so we didn’t know our second bedroom was across a “bridge”… they try selling you a timeshare type thing that delays you even more - have to wait to talk to them to get your parking pass. Not a good experience...

"Right in the center of everything. This is an older style inn which suited us fine. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and well appointed. The inside courtyard provided a communal space to sit and relax, read or have a quick bite. This is by the main street but the rooms don't face directly on it so are fairly quiet but you do get some noise. Overall a great place to stay."
