8.0 out of 10, Very good, (1 review)

"Extremely Disappointing Experience – Prepaid Booking Not Honored
We booked this hotel through Expedia for a three-night stay and were shocked to discover, upon arriving at the hotel in the evening, that the hotel staff claimed they had no record of our booking.
Even after showing our booking confirmation, the hotel refused to accommodate us and asked us to contact Expedia. When we contacted Expedia, they confirmed that our reservation was confirmed and attempted to resolve the issue directly...

"The room was clean, spacious, well maintained. A bit bare basics in terms of amenities. However, the staff was very responsive and helpful.
The location is pretty central to Mangalore. Walking distance from auto stand, would also get inter city buses from there."
