"When we booked this room, we had the choice between a double or a twin room. On arriving, we were advised that the room choice we chose only comes in twin (despite the website giving us an option for double). We had to pay to upgrade- which the hotel offered at a discount rate. Despite this initial issue, our stay was perfect. "The staff is very helpful. They help us to arrange the airport pick up and also the transportation to our next destination. They are very responsive as well. The only down side is the draining system of the bathroom. It is on the slow side and the water can't drain properly inside the shower."
