"We stayed here for 4 nights. The staff were friendly and helpful, they showed us to our room and provided us with plenty of information about our stay. As we were checking out in the early hours they even offered us a breakfast bag so that we didn’t miss out. The hotel is just off of the main market square and served as a great base for exploring. We couldn’t hear any of the noise that other reviews speak of. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Krakow."

"Great location in the old town! Beautifully decorated, extremely clean apartment. It was good to have a little kitchenette and a very quiet environment, facing a courtyard. Note that the address you first come to is where you pick up your keys and not where you are staying. That confused me a bit, as I was bringing many suitcases from the train station. But once I understood that the apartment was wonderful and worked perfectly for me. "
