I had a private pool suite, I was surprised with the size of the pool, I try to stay in those types of rooms as often as possible, this was at least 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 times bigger than standard private pools! "Probably this wasn't the right hotel for us. 10 years ago this was a beachy backpacker area, now it's casinos and hot pot places. Still loud beach bars though, the hotel gives you earplugs when you check in. The hotel was fine, not as nice as the photos but fine. But the area was fairly unclean and felt a bit unsafe."
