"The staff was very understanding and helpful, we had a day of travel issues and disagreements- they met us with acceptance and kindness through all of it. Even though we actually gave them a bit of a hard time (so, sorry about that!)The resort is exactly how it is advertised, cleaning staff was great and wow, those guys can carry heavy bags with ease!
We noticed that other parts of the island were under construction and it was very messy on the back side of the resort. I can imagine it is...

"This location is phenomenal. Right on a beautiful beach. But there is not much to do so if your not into just being chill it may not be for you.
Not to be petty but the staff work against this place they are
Pinching every penny and limit towels, sheet changes, shampoo replacement and yes even toilet paper. This stingy approach takes some of the shine off what otherwise is a really great place. "

"Hotel is undergoing renovations, very noisy and too loud I had uncomfortable trip. Even the room sound isolation is an issue , you can literally hear your neighbors talk and their phone ringing in the middle of the night. You can hear the upper room dragging tables and chairs even when the house keeping are cleaning rooms you can hear their work loud.
Only thing I liked is near to the beach access."

"Das Servicepersonal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Reinigen der Zimmer lief aus meiner Sicht nicht sehr koordiniert ab. Zeitweise war es nach Stunden noch immer nicht hergerichtet. Wenn man aber die Rezeption informiert hat, dass das Zimmer frei zum Reinigen ist, erfolgte diese auch relativ kurzfristig.
Leider war sowohl die Wasser- als auch die Stromversorgung nach starkem Regen nicht immer vollständig gegeben. Das scheint aber ein allgemeines infrastrukturelles Problem zu...

"We had a great stay! Our room was nice. We had a large terrace and view of the beach, a perfect spot for morning coffee and evening sunset. The beach is a short walk and there are plenty of shops and restaurants to enjoy nearby. We would stay again. Just a warning if you have physical challenges - you do need to climb a small hill from main road and then steps to the rooms. These are no problem if you are used to walking. "
