"Room was very clean. Hotel stay did the job for one night. Appreciated the easy shuttle reservation for next mornings trip to dfw. Close, short ride to terminals. Road noise is a bit audible from room as hotel is very close to freeway, but used noise cancelling app to sleep"

"Room was not clean.
Kitchen Sink had sludge in the trap.
Continental breakfast was covered in ants.
Property had trash everywhere.
Doors to property kept jamming forcing you walk around the property to get in the front entrance.
The breakfast had only cereal two waffle makers (one of which had a broken timer), cold coffee, and watered down orange drink.
This place is horrible."

"The experience started with the rusty old shuttle bus, it arrived so late we had to wait for so long, and the bus says Sonesta so it was confusing to see. We arrived at the hotel after a long wait at the courtesy van location. the hallways are NASTY with trash on the floor, dry mudded shoes prints, we go to our floor and we hear amplified noises of some lady doing the hanky panky on the other side of the hallway.SO LOUD, I'm glad my children weren't present.then we go to our room it was...

"Great, beautiful place, nice outdoor patio and a clean accessible pool that’s open late. Airport shuttle was very punctual. We were stuck there for 2 nights after our airline (AA) screwed us. The hotel was very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend."
